    • Adjacent patio contains plenty of seating and a fire-pit to accompany star-filled night sky viewing.
    • Authentic adobe construction & high viga ceilings throughout.
    • The adjacent carport will keep your vehicle in the shade!
    • A Roku-powered flat-screen TV offers Netflix, HBO-Max, Hulu, Peacock, Pandora, & more.
    • Internet WiFi (complimentary) supporting remote-workers, online meetings, and smartphone WiFi-Calling.
    • Washer & Dryer on-site (complimentary)
    • A/C & baseboard heat make this a year-round destination.
    • Living-room Desk provides a remote office opportunity.
    • Owners are located across the vineyard.

RATES:  (30-nt minimum duration)
Rather than requiring first-month & last-month rents up front, we instead offer the following Diminishing-Rate structure that eliminates the typical  last-month payment up front.  (A “Month” is any 30-night period that starts on your check-in date, not necessarily falling on a calendar-month boundary):

Month #1 =   $2900
Month #2 =   $2800
Month #3+ = $2700  (jump immediately to this rate by pre-paying your last month)

  • Security Deposit (refundable):  $500
  • Electronic payments are preferred via Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, or Zelle. 

    LANL Staff: Many of our past renters participated in LANL’s New-Hire Relocation Reimbursement Program, via the receipts we can provide.  Also, just 4-miles away, a Park & Ride Commuter-lot bus stop behind Cities of Gold Hotel offers non-stop 25-minute service to Los Alamos National Laboratory TA-03 & TA-55 destinations & 20-min non-stop service to Santa Fe.

The owner lives across the vineyard & ready to assist with any issues that arise during your stay.

Four additional Casitas round out this unique private country-based property in northern Santa Fe County, which is still close enough to all the activities that Santa Fe & Northern New Mexico have to offer.
